📅 How to book your spot?

Fill out the contact form with a few possible dates.

Please mention your stable/location and whether you have a gift voucher.

Need multiple horses or a separate shoot? Request your quote.

Note: Travel costs (€0.30/km round trip from Leuven, BE) are charged separately but can be shared among multiple participants.

The above prices include 21% VAT.

📌 Preparation for the shoot

Before the shoot:

Everything starts with a thorough grooming of your horse, followed by a proper cleaning of the tack (bridle and saddle).

Your horse should be tacked up and ready (preferably with neatly braided mane), and you wear your favorite outfit in which you feel completely comfortable.

Ensure you have at least one helper for practical support.

Have towels, brushes, and distractions (treats, a bag, umbrella…) ready.

Location and time are pre-arranged.

During the shoot:

No stress, just enjoy!

The entire shoot takes place at the same location.

📤 After the shoot

Payment via app, cash, or bank transfer.

Need an invoice? Just let us know.

You will receive a personal website link to mark your favorites.

Additional images can be added (extra cost).

Delivery time is up to 2 weeks (up to 3 weeks during busy periods).

📃 Terms & Conditions

The photos remain the property of Herbergh Horses Media and are for personal use only.

You will receive images both with and without a logo (with logo for social media, without for personal use).

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours in advance with a valid reason (rain, illness, etc.).

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
